All services are subject to availability and may be customized based on client requirements.

 Client Responsibilities

• The client must provide accurate, complete, and timely information, content, and materials required for project execution.

• Delays caused by the client may impact project timelines and additional charges may apply.

 Payments and Pricing

• A 50% advance payment is required to initiate any project.

• Remaining payment must be made as per the agreed milestone or payment schedule.

• All prices are in AED (Arab Emirates Dirham) unless stated otherwise.

• Third-party costs (e.g., hosting, licenses) are not included in service quotes unless specified.

 Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for the delivered work (designs, code, content) will be transferred to the client.

• Eagle Media retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellation must be requested via email with at least 1 month’s notice for ongoing services.

• Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Limitation of Liability

Eagle Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. All client information and project details will be kept confidential and not shared with third parties without consent.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ajman, UAE.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
