•  Client will provide all app content, including Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, copy, and brand
  assets (logos, fonts, icons, illustrations).

 

• Third-party licenses and hosting costs are not included in this proposal.

 

• Timely feedback is required from the client to avoid project delays.

 

• Invoices will be raised upon milestone completion or as per the agreed payment schedule.

 

• 50% advance payment is required to begin the project.

 

• Client must provide card details for sponsored ads or give access to their ad account. Ad
  budget will be charged to the provided card/account.

 

• Ownership of source files will be transferred to the client upon project completion.

 

• A 1-month notice is required before ending the contract.

 

• For best results, services should be managed for at least 3 months.
